Re: Does this sound like Seborrheic Dermatitis?

I am taking N-A-C along with Alpha Lipoic Acid, it's part of the Dr. Berkson's lowdosenaltrexone protocol. I find the N-A-C gives me energy as well, which is good as I had to stop having my morning coffee. Now I drink hot almond milk or rice milk with a splash of Teeccino in it for my coffee alternative, but since it doesn't give you the caffeine jolt I take the N-A-C in the am too.
I was wondering if any of my other supplements may be detoxing me too much and what to cut back on if they could be adding to the skin problems.
