The main thing I am trying to point you to is that you have to think "BIG PICTURE & LONG HAUL" and not just the MC. If you do the MC and go back to your old habits you'll be back where you started or worse when it comes to weight cause you can gain even more that you lost in a real short time if you don't have a solid plan "already in place"and stick to it. Fasting is the easy part where everything is all worked out for you. While the MC is a good overall cleanse there are other areas that need to be addressed with their own dedicated cleanses like liver, colon, parasite etc.
When you go into the feeding rebuilding/ feeding phase you can tailor your juices and diet to address your condition. For example for me since I'm dealing with kidney issues I have been adding danadelion leaves and asparagus. Both known to be good kidney cleansers. For the pancreas I've just cut out sugars even fruit about 85-90% and that seems to be doing the trick along with eating raw and juicing daily. So broaden your vision there are no compartamentilized issues and nothing works independently of anything else.
