Hey Funny708, thanks for your advice and wow I can't believe your hair thinned out like that! Yes I'm female and have long hair that I love lol

My longest cleanse was for 18 days and nothing like that happened to me. I am also thinking about taking a break every 20 days .. like you suggested...maybe juicing and then jumping right back on the Master-Cleanse wagon. I'll do this until I feel great and am happy where I'm at. Thanks and good luck on your current cleanse..I am too currently on my 2nd day :)
