Hey guys, here are another 2 things that might help. My osteopath used a 10 cc syringe and a long, very fine needle and injected the ligaments around my L 4-5 disc. The syringe had DMSO and serapin and some other stuff in it. (I have the formula somewhere) I went into his office on crutches and in 2 weeks was walking fine. I've never heard of anyone doing this before or since and dont know if you could find anyone who knew how to do this. It worked. Of course "they" found a reason to get this doctor out of town.
DMSO is something that can be applied topically, tho. The pain I was having was coming from stretched ligaments around the disc. Emu oil may help, too, but it didn't help me.
