Thank you Knowledge Seeker for these suggestions - but I cannot take liver cleansers or any detox herbs because they cause me a great deal of pain.

When I first came out of the hospital - whenever I had too much potassium - I had pain for days - which is why I finally settled for the things I posted.

They seem to be working to restore my kidneys and Did Not cause me any pain.

Perhaps later when my kidneys are stronger I might try the detox cleansers - but for right now - I don't want to Complicate the process. I can only physically tolerate a Simple procedure.
