There is an even more common sense answer to these questions, god does not exist, and the whole thing is just another fairy tale, made up be human beings. It all makes perfect sense when you add the comment after all these questions, "its because god is imaginary", try it, works a treat :)

There is no need for twisting and turning to try and prove something unprovable, irrational and illogical.
