You have to unload the immune system to gain its function AGAIN, specially to shift to the TH1 side which is cell-mediated immunity. All candida sufferers are toward to the TH2 because the same candida has the ability to create this unbalance. Toxins, intolerances, food allergies , parasites are normal triggers of an antibody reaction. (TH2) So, if you detect some food allergies , you MUST eliminate them to get a proper balance. If you have parasites ,you MUST eliminate them. If you have heavy metal toxicity , you MUST chalate to correct this problem. Until you have factors that keep the immne system overactive in TH2 mode, the TH1 which is the necessary to control candida will be down. You MUST push your immne system toward to the TH1 side to conquer candida. Must antifungals are FUNGISTATICS in the doses we can tolerate. So, your immune system is the only one able to finish the job but if it is STUCK in TH 2 mode, How do you think you can control a candida infection which need NK cells, Cell mediated immunity.
