Re: Omega3 in chia seeds and using barley juice as vitamin E antiokxidative source for soaking

Hello Grassman,

Interesting that difference.
What is the reason of that differentiation between flaxseed and chia seeds so that chia seeds suppose to be more unstable for grinding?

It seems acceptable your statement about availability of
fats in wheatgrass juice. But when I am away from home on the route I can not juice fresh wheatgrass. I can use chia seeds and green magma powder.

If I grind chia seeds with lower speed so that I can provide temperature stability you still consider this could harm
unsaturated fats in chia seeds?

Juicing Sunflower seeds?

Does it mean growing sunflower baby plants from sunflower sprouts like wheatgrass? Would that means growing in soil to the length same as wheatgrass baby plants and then juicing like wheatgrass?
