I put my feet side by side here to show the exact symmetry of the infected area in both insteps. The right one appeared first followed a few days later on the left. This shows the systemic nature as it appears at the same lymphatic junction on each foot. I wonder how many other people assume this is just a never ending case of ring worm? It doesn't matter what you do topically as it erupts systemically through the lymphatic system.
