Consult a doctor? Well, you could go to the list of iodine-literate doctors at http://www.breastcancerchoices.com
and perhaps find one that is familiar with and comfortable with traditional uses of SSKI . I have a niggling feeling though that you will be educating that doc(and should bill accordingly).
