Hubby is excited. I read the article to him and he is highly encouraged.

I am thrilled that he is still on "summer duties" for his job, as his hours get him home typically by 3:30. On work days, he'll be able to take his first dose at 7am, his 2nd dose at 3:30pm, and his third dose at 10pm.

(He was worried about his 2nd dose, because his job in the summer typically causes him to NOT have lunch, for he works right through it quite often, mainly because he doesn't want his eating to slow him down...but he does get home at an earlier hour.)

I am SO happy! Divine Intervention at work here, to be sure!

I can also attest that the smaller patches of his fungal infection WERE CLEARING UP when he was taking the SSKI for his lung infection - he simply didn't take the higher doses LONG ENOUGH to clear it up entirely.

I am so excited about this.

Highly excited.

His main worry is making sure he takes all three doses every day for this period of time. I told him I'll help him by keeping a JOURNAL in the kitchen at all times...of which to MARK OFF the days and stay on top of it.

I also told him that the 6-week mark will be August 15th, which about marks the end of his summer hours, and he will know for sure by then if this is going to work. Ten weeks will be September 12th. He's starting today.
