I've never had bone problems because of iodine. If you think it's because of the iodine, or because of some toxins the
Iodine kicked around... then I think you should stop taking iodine.
I'm also experimenting on myself and I would stop if I had your problem. No matter how many people on some random internet forum say
Iodine is 'essential' for your health... you have to realize that ingesting milligrams of
Iodine is EXPERIMENTAL. Most doctors would think you were crazy for trying this, or any alternative medicine for that matter.
Salt-loading appears to get rid of some toxins that iodine kicks up... you might also try something like garlic, which seems to help with heavy metals. But it's just a guess that toxins have a role in your bone protruding... no one here is going to give you an absolute solution for your unique problem.
