I'd suggest also checking out your adrenals. You can do this with a blood pressure test (the thorough way is to get a good lab to do a saliva test). Adrenals don't like it if they're tired and you treat the thyroid without giving them a lot of support. To do the blood pressure test, take a resting blood pressure sitting or lying down. Remember the top number. Immediately stand up and take your pressure again. The top number should rise by about 10 points. If it drops that's a sign of adrenal fatigue. The greater the drop the greater the fatigue. Useful to try this several times a day - cortisol levels (which control inflammation - related to your inflamed scalp?) rise and fall.
