2 out of 3...I referred to 1/your total detox and 2/ the heart healing...
The total detox -sounds like its so intense that you should admit its greatly accomplished at this point .
2/ hearth healing -YOU NEVER ever mentioned anything like that before as far previous fasting... about heart been tender for the last 3 days ...you compared the feeling with the one from 4-5 months ago when you overworked it...That was a HUGE thing for me and thats why I said IT IS HAPPENING because you are healing today, now ... You are pretty good at long fasts but you never commented on anything close to this...
The 3rd goal - 30 days fast sounds like piece of cake fast for you. As far as the genuine hunger, the light in the end of the tunnel,its next for you...I wouldnt worry about it- with your commitment and dedication, if doesnt come today, it is going to be tommorow; if not this time, its goint to be next fast..
I am glad you are talking about ready-to-reach all-goals-state -of -mind...It s thinking of champion. This is going to be totally different ball game.I cannt wait for comments from Chrisb1 - too late in Europe now, not sure whether he will post today..Maybe Chiron will be here sooner...I am still a little nervous about the severity of your discomfort. Sounds very similar to Waterdesign description, too. Just knowing how miserable I was ( i had to manage my day -to-day schedule - big difference) , I wish your overall condition changes right way and you could start running
Mighty,it seems to me more like you took care of 3 out 4 goals ,LOL ...You are such a fighter, just 4-5 months later and you are healing your heart
You so deserve all the benefits coming your way, pls take care and be careful
