the problem with sublingual is it doesnt always work. i have heard different theories on it but basically you cant tell if you dont get any good out of it because your b12 is fine or youre not getting anything out of it because your body cant absorb it sublinqually.

if you do get a lift from taking it then pour the coals to it. you will utilize only a small portion of what you take in that way.

another route for the poor and desperate, like i was, is to dissolve the b12 in a little water and insert that rectally, like a suppository. way back when, that worked for me when sublingual didnt. the problem is finding a product without a lot of fillers in it. your mileage may vary.

i am not thrilled with the shots myself. drug companies suck. they cant help but add poison to the mix. but the shots work every time. if you dont feel them, then you dont need them. they take all the guess work out of it. Tweet
