Re: another Q(s)
It sounds as though you have your priorities straight:)
Read this and report back, it's long, but jam-packed with good info:

:)
Diet is key- it's not the supplements we take(although those are certainly important), it's the food that we eat. It sounds as though your parents did not feed you well so it's up to you to learn how to eat properly for the care of your body. It's what we do EVERY SINGLE DAY that matters most.
And it's not just YOUR body, your body is home to billions of bacteria that play important roles in digestion and assimilation. THEY need to be well-fed. Lack of proper feeding can cause imbalances in population that can promote a dis-ease state.
The foods that you describe are highly addictive- high sugar, high fat and high salt, I recall reading a study in which rats fed that sort of diet ate compulsively and became obese and then when those foods were withdrawn and healthy fare was offered they refused to eat for two weeks!
Eat REAL food. I'm not surprised that you were constipated on a diet like that, I see no fiber in it. Stay well hydrated.
I read a quote somewhere once, I'll paraphrase- "always make the *best* decision". That means making all of the small decisions matter, because they DO. A pastry for breakfast? Or some oatmeal with berries? An egg or two? Or some sugary frosted cereal?
It sounds as though you have made some important changes over the last couple of years, good for you:) You've still got a lot of work to do however, one step at a time...
I would imagine that more cleansing is in order. Trapper suggested the salt-water cleanse to you, I think that you should follow up on that... for starters:)
