Uh, get the h-e-q-q off of all dairy. Even "pasteurized" goat's milk can have paratuberculosis. And raw goat's milk is just scary. Home-made yogurt? You have no idea if you have a punky starter you're poisoning yourself with. Behcet's regions are yogurt and goat-oriented so this Science project of yours is no help. Egad.

WIKI says Behcet's is associated with dairy intolerance and strep-ishness so silver colloid is great. Almost sounds like microfilarial worms. Threadworms. Wonder if you got bug bit or any exposure via lake water or other exotica? I'd take some apple juice or apple cider vinegar to raise magnesium levels and take silver colloid to kill any gut Candida as this snitches magnesium and helps strep thrive. I'd scrub the gut with fresh pineapple and papaya for enzyme cleaning.
