I'm not Johnny, whose knowledge about colloidal and ionic silver I admire, so pardon me for putting in my two cents.  First of all, I am not aware of colloidal silver being used for Behcets Syndrome, but then again I am not familiar with that syndrome and had to look it up to see what it is.

What I found was that it is basically considered to be a type of immune system disorder.  No one knows what the causes are, but two things stood out to me.  First was that is more prevalent in the Middle East and Asia, suggesting a cause endemic to tropical  tropics.  If such is the case, I would think that a viral or other pathogen might possibly be involved and in that case colloidal silver should help.   Colloidal silver may also help with the knee pain and with the eye ulcers, especially when applied topically to the eyes.

The second thing I noticed was that one study has found an apparent link to food allergies, particularly dairy products, so you may wish to see if you get any relief from eliminating dairy products. And/orr possibly gluten if eliminating dairy does not appear to help..

Other than that, I would suggest that you consider natural immune modulators.  First up is magnesium, which an estimated 70 to 95% of us are deficient in.  Others are curcumin and blackseed oil (Nigella sativa). Oleander, though a potent immune stimulator, is also an immune modulator and people with various immune disorder conditions have reported good results with oleander supplementation.
