Re: Does biotin cause die-off

I'm doing a parasite/candida cleanse, should I be supping with biotin too? I've heard both things that biotin makes the candida recede into the intestine and makes it harder to kill them but I've also heard it stops them from advancing to the fungal stage which makes it easier to kill them.
