how much biotin do you take? i just started taking it i get no reaction from it. its weird you mentioned the butt crack thing i get that never ever connected it to all that was going on...its the top of the crack the skin splits then its itchy and red and irratated. it takes about a week to heal then it comes back in a few months...so strange
