The Beck protocol does work but I don't think it actually kills off Herpes completely.
If you use the Beck protocol your out breaks will probably diminish but be prepared to have a major outbreak sometime during the first couple of months using the protocol.
I believe this happens because the Herpes virus is fighting back like crazy.
After trying a number of things I came to the conclusion it might take some major action to kill the virus.

I still use the Beck protocol 2 hours a day.

I also added in Lauricidin to my supplements.

Last, and this might seem extreme but I've been experimenting with taking small doses of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (like 2 drops to start) every hour during the day. The best I've gotten up to was 6 hours then I started getting head pressure.
So, I'll keep working on it until I can tolerate higher doses and more hours. I think the goal is to get up to around 45 drops during the day.
