hi cana, i just read your message.... did you ever hear of mms... i believe that the lining of the bladder being destroyed is from the bacteria and fungus... once you address this issue the lining begins to heal.... with out getting rid of the bacteria that is eating away at the lining of the bladder/stomach and also the colon, you just continue to have pain and will never get better... the key in IC is bacteria/fungus.... otherwise, no matter how much cytotek, or prostaglandins you take you will never heal... i have read alot about prostaglandins and cytotek, and it does not really seem to work so great.... its a pharmacuetical drug which i would stay clear of anyway... it seems to help some people, but it is not a cure.... i dont know which post you read that claimed to be cured by cytotek alone, but its impossible without killing the bacteria... you should try Miracle-Mineral-Supplement by jim humble... and take it with probiotics, and if you dont want to take systemic enzymes because of its anti-inflammatory properties, then you have to take something to clean out the blood, and eat up the scar tissue... good luck and i hope you heal....
