Yes I know DMSO is used to treat IC, but I have never read about how it relates to NSAID damage, and I have never heard of anyone being cured or going into a long-remission from it's use. Also, the product you recommended inhibits COX-2 enzymes. If indeed there has been damage from NSAID use, I believe both COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes would not be functioning correctly, making this product useless. I am actually looking for a product to UP REGULATE Cox-1. However, the ingredient Borage Oil (CLA) was a supplement I was considering to try on it's own, because it is supposed to support Prostaglandin synthesis (the good kind).
