Lymph Node swollen during fast

Hello. I did a seven day juice fast. My lymph node on my neck swelled up throughout the whole period. Today is the second day of breaking the fast, and the node is still swollen.

Should I see a doctor to test for an infection? I had a pilonidal cyst which was drained twice, but came back both times. I haven't gone back to see a doctor about it in about five years, but at times it hurts, but most of the time it isn't visibible. They told me before that it was filled with all kinds of bacteria.
