mm. I think it's a very good point through, and we seem to forget so easily that the Water Fasting experience as a totality (which it is) is not confined to *the days of water only*. If we zoom out, and take a bigger view: it's just as one part of one ocean is not somehow separate and excluded from the rest of this planet.
If people feel overwhelmed with self-focus and the drama of one's own body on a water fast, (and everyone does, from time to time) it can be very good to mentally pull back and take a bigger picture. The a sense of appreciation and big blessing can come and settle over one, like a gentle rain. A sense of the great good fortune of even enjoying the consciousness that seeks to improve itself, to locate the true source of its strength (beyong mere appearances), and then to share its goodness with all others.
