"I don't actually think the chicken after this person's water fast is so earth-shattering as some seem to. I figured we were talking about bites."
When it turned out to be 4 bites, that surprised me. Going by her history of extreme boldness, I thought she was talking about a full portion :).
"In the end, it is Mind that is the builder, and if someone feels that chicken is what the body wants, then likely it is.
******"
This is where our opinions respectfully differ. I'll refer to my 3 well travelled examples. When i felt my body wanted whole fruits after my 10 day fast it was proven that this was too much and i had to back up into juices. When i felt my body wanted a half handful of raisins 24 hours after a 30 day fast, it sent me to the sick bed for 24 hours. When i felt my body wanted a handful of almonds 8 days after breaking a 30 day fast, this too made me sick.
These are 3 times i yielded to what i believed my body wanted and was ready for and each time what i believed turned out to be exceedingly inaccurate. There were countless other times i desired other foods (like chicken or beef), but resisted because far more than these other 3 examples i knew it would be too much and that i would deeply regret it.
