This was the way the supervised fasts would re-feed, as far as I can tell. At a certain point, they would be able to transition into something like one or two meals a day--
I find one meal a day works really well--along with maybe some juice, earlier in the day. But when I was refeeding, I had several small meals a day... go with your inner guidance.
