This morning I woke up after sleeping like a log for 13 hours..lol. I must have needed it?
I felt drained and laking in energy, so I made an organic vegetable juice with a blender and drank down a few cups. It felt like my brain was soaking up nutrients.
I noticed it's better to consume small portions of food 6-7 times a day every 2 hours. It maintains that light, airy feeling and clear thinking.
Also, the vegetable juice seems to be more substantial than fruit juice. I'm also going to try some plain, organic, pressure cooked chicken this afternoon for lunch. I hope it works out well. I'm craving meat!
