To NevadaSmith and Other Eat to Live Readers

I recently read Dr. Fuhrman's Eat to Live and found it a Godsend as well. Not only because it makes perfect sense (unrefined plat food offers optimal health and healing)but also because Fuhrman breaks down all the fad diets out there and puts an end to all the CONFUSION! Today is day 7 on his six week plan (which I haven't even been following perfectly because of small amounts of oil and salt added to grilled veggies)and I have already lost 10 lbs. However, I do have some questions:

1. I'm regular after eating breakfast and lunch but have no movement after dinner. Is this normal? Should'nt I be elimintating after every meal? Honestly, I haven't been regular, especially without coffee, in a long time so I don't even know. Any thoughts on how I could remedy this? Is laxative tea (smooth move) ok?

*Dinner is where I've been cheating with the small amounts of oil and salt on cooked veggies. I have since cut out the oil but still no change. I make sure to eat a piece of fruit after dinner (usually grapefruit) but still no movement until after I eat my fruit breakfast the next morning.

2. What about B12? Do you take suppliments or is it ok to eat fortified foods/milk alternatives? Which ones?

3. How long does it take for the fatigue associated with food addictions etc. to go away? The fact that I have energy at all without coffe or tea says a lot but I still find myself tired a lot of the time. When will the energy really kick in?

I have more questions but I don't want to bombard you. Thanks for telling about your experience with Eat to Live, as well as your wife's. PLEASE feel free to tell more as it relates to the above questions, loose skin, inches lost, exercise and muscle tone. THANK YOU!!!
