Re: metals/toxins

> A hallmark of copper imbalance is insomnia. Copper has a stimulating effect on the brain, causing the mind to race and exciting the emotions. High copper individuals often stay up late and have difficulty falling or staying asleep

I fall asleep fast now and go into a very deep state. My insomnia was for several months back but I believe was caused partially by babesia of Bg?
I just found 1 sheet of my hair analysis from hair elements(will look for other pg)
but off the bat it says elements off are:
Ca/Mg (no surprise)
Ca/P low
Na/K
Zn/Cu
Zn/Cd
Selenium is high and Uranium high...I will refrain for cussing out the government for the uranium toxicity but you probably know how I feel?

NP did mention SamE a long time ago and with no job and limited income I didn't know how to add another supplement. Maybe I better find a way??
I don't feel depressed, well occassionally but I feel better than I have in a long time. Could it be all the ALA ive been doing? The bean?
Dunno but I think I need another hair test because these #'s are from way 8/08
I do understand the urea/ammonia problem is BIG and I got that the last time we discussed it. Thank you for hangin in with me but if SamE is the missing link for me maybe I should find cheap source.

Some people have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, but as evening approaches, they come to life. At bedtime they cannot slow down and go to sleep
Not me-I love mornings and fall asleep fast and also my Mag is depleted not elevated, unless that has changed.....
Mag is depleted by Lyme-correct?
All so interesting and love your organized, informative posts.
Thank you
