It can be done even if you cannot dowse. I read a book about that how to make a nice set-up with creativity AND flowers my dear and then start a ceremony with incense (?) music, and burning sage (which I did from my garden the herbs and flowers) then clap your hands all the way around each room, being careful to leave an open window as exit for entities.

I enjoyed every minute I did that (after buying this house).
It had Feng Shui in the title of the book and of course, even though I remembered the title, wouldn't be of any help to anyone as it was french litterature.
