:) I've been working on my puzzle for almost 3 years, but with more intensity the past year or so. It's been with Newport's promptings to learn stuff for myself, that I've been able to actually "get" some puzzle pieces to fit. I have alot left that still need to be fit together yet though.
A good teacher, like Newport, gives the student the incentive to look for answers for themselves. Telling me just enough to make me wonder about it more, and giving me a desire to figure out what the heck he meant, has been one of his greatest teaching tools. He can repeat himself over and over again, but when the light bulb goes off and you really "get" what he's saying, and how it's all connected and important, then the puzzle pieces start fitting together.
Killing stuff..is a small part of the whole bigger picture.
