Re: Regarding soy - Oy!
Ok, Dquixote1217, thanks for filling us in on your background in alternative treatments for prostate cancer. What I asked, however, was whether you are familiar with mainstream medicine's prostate cancer protocol. And, specifically, whether you realized that it decidedly does NOT include soy?
See, this is a bit of a conundrum. You railed mightily against the "soy machine" and the "huge multi-billion-dollar industry" with its lobby and "formidable propaganda machine". And yet this big-money steamroller has, mysteriously, made ZERO impact on mainstream medicine. At least as far as cancer treatment is concerned.
A most curious kind of conspiracy, doesn't it seem? I mean, if we are, as you say, "dupes", then duped by whom? These soy guys don't seem to be able to run a
Conspiracy worth a darn.
I mean, how is it, exactly, that the nefarious "soy machine" has failed so miserably in its "propaganda" that I had to discover its efficacy vs. prostate cancer entirely by accident? If I hadn't stumbled on Michael Milken's book, I'd never have thought of it. Certainly, it's the last thing in the world my doctor would have advised me to take.
I must say, Mr. Quixote, that you've chosen your nickname well. Tilting at windmills, indeed.
Bottom line, I have only two more words about soy and prostate cancer: It works!
