Yes, this is a bit of a conundrum, because it is indeed a good idea to rotate the location of progesterone, testosterone, etc. Yet, on the other hand, it seems nearly impossible to get progesterone to the prostate, without applying it as close as possible!
The prostate is a very remote and well-protected little walnut. And I have to say I wasn't having much noticeable success with the progesterone until I stumbled across that particular location.
So...what to advise? I think this is one of those situations where there is no obvious solution. Definitely keep putting it as close as possible, with occasional "breaks", is the best advise I can muster. Perhaps five days in that location, two days elsewhere, then back again?
Personally, since my own prostate situation is now well in hand, I only apply the cream about three times a week...just as a maintenance dose. So I don't have the problem.
Hopefully, you too will reach that stage, and this vexing question will solve itself. Best of luck...WB
