I totally agree. They are great things to take - I am sure. However - I have kidney problems and I am limited to what my kidneys can take.
I have to watch my mineral level because when I have too many foods that are high in minerals - I have had pain. However that is getting better. I have been working with chrysanthemum and hibiscus tea to stengthen them.
So while what you said is good - I, for a while, cannot do those things. But - Someone who has good kidneys could do those things I am sure.
I posted my experience with things from my perspective of those things that will not aggravates the kidneys. But I think you will understand.
