Re: High BP and Hawthorne Berries - HELP
Thanks aMn for your post - well, today I had a full day of appointments and some grocery shopping and also locked myself out - did not get into the house until 7pm - was too tired to cook (I only eat what I cook at home - none of the filth and garbage outside; cannot believe people raise this kids on garbage food - no wonder everyone in this country has cancer) ...
OK, went off the track - got in around 7 and was exhausted so all I had was a tomatoe, baby cucumber, basil, EV olive oil and small piece of baguette with some Dutch Guda cheese. And, tons of sparkling mineral water - I am addicted to it - it really quenches my thirst - I get it at Whole Foods.
Anyway, what I wanted to say was I had not eaten all day except for the one cup of coffee in the forming and 2 slices of cranberry walnut bread (from Whole Foods) toasted with a touch of butter. And, I also forgot to apply my bioidentical hormones.
Well, to my surprise, as I was sitting in bed, after eating, I took my BP and was shocked to see it at 130 something over 73....wow, I thought, could it be because I did not take the hormones? My
Antibiotics will be finished in a couple of days and we will see from there. But, I do have hope!!!!!!!! Yeah for Mother Nature, that sweet dear Mother whom we abuse, trash and totally ignore all the gifts she has for us.
I am ordering the
Celery seed extract capsules from Lucky Vitamin - they had the lowest price i.e., $11 as opposed to $17 and up. Quite honestly I will not be doing the boiling of the seeds and all that because I also am dealing with iron deficient anemia and it is a push to get my normal every day things taken care of, when I can.
Will report my results back as I go along.
As for the garlic, god, we grew up eating RAW garlic and I use it by the ton in literally everything I make however, it doesn't seem to have done any good re my BP.
Take care and good night.
