Re: High BP and Hawthorne Berries - HELP

Hello my Friend -

I am like you - discovering what we were taught when we were young - if we had good teachers - that natural foods have great health benefits.

I think the walnuts nuts - even though just a small amount in the bread you ate + the baby cucumber, basil, EV olive oil - are all ones that bring down the BP and that is why you saw better results.

Yes - and the hormones do raise the BP. I think you might want to look for an alternative such as wild yams. I have heard they are good as a replacement. I have taken Vitamin E and it helped with many symptoms. But here's a page about natural hormone replacement:

http://www.all-natural.com/estrogen.html

As for the Garlic -

You Have To Take All The Things I Mentioned - Together at One time - Not Separately for it it work as well!

That Is -> Take the Hawthorn Berries, the Garlic tablet, the Celery tablets, the Turmeric, and the Almonds At One Time - Together.

That will give you better results than taking them separately. They are synergic to each other.

You only have to do that one or two times a day so that is not bad - and it will maintain your BP down for hours.

That is defintely better than those toxic BP allopathic meds they feed you!

** IF Your BP is Close to Normal 140 and Under - Use ONLY the Almonds and the Turmeric!!

***AND - DO NOT USE WITH BP MEDICINE!!

I hope this helps.

Have a great day!
