Surfer27 here. I forgot to mention one more item, you may want to look into, in regards to your fecal Body Odor s. The one other thing I came across, was a product called Homeopathic Bowel Nosode Drops. I don't know if this relates to you or not, but I just thought I'd bring this up with you as well. It's suppose to help with IBS, Bowel Issues and Bowel excretions and secretions. From everything, that I have tried, to me what makes the most sense, for why I smell like feces, is because of a lack of betaine hcl in my stomach or, it's because my bowels are secreting something nasty. To me, it sounds like my case, but hey, we're human and we aren't all perfect or have all the answers all the time.
