Sorry to hear, after I had the Mirena removed I went through panic attacks and months of anxiety issues. All other symptoms you read here I've had too. Hopefully you get it out soon and good luck to you with the anxiety issue. Just keep your faith and know that it will go away with time. I am 9 months post removal now an dgot off the anxiety meds about 3 months ago. Gets better day by day but still have tinges of it here and there. :>)
