I totally agree. And those handy dandy strainers fit perfectly inside those wide mouth jars. I do use the smaller mouths for drinking juice out of and for everything else, including CE's, I use wide mouth. I do 2 quart wide mouths for a back-to-back CE, cause I can warm one up hotter than the other so by the time I get to it, the other jar is still warm. Muuuahahahahahahaaa Tweet
