oh yeah? my girlfriend and I were just wondering that about Kefir - whether or not it could be the plastic lids. I like the ring lids for that but I did wonder cause when I opened them, you could kinda smell that the metal was a little funny, like it'd been worn away at a little bit. How come no plastic? Not a good enough seal? Tweet
