All tinctures should be started on the New Moon and harvested on the Full Moon but you don't HAVE to harvest more than you need at any given time 

Exactly what I meant. :)

I live in Poland and more will do the same tincture (introduction from the U.S., does not pay off.) Therefore, looking for herbs, which will replace the bayberry and Goldenseal.I will look further:)

P.S.  to ceyane pepper, if used for 200ml 50% tincture?
