I don't know what could replace the Bayberry and the Goldenseal.  They are both important to the formula.

Here is what the Bayberry bark does:  Bayberry bark reduces inflammation, reduces itching, increases circulation, its an antibacterial, antifungal, it strengthens blood vessels and is an astringent, it also bolsters the immune & lymphatic systems.

Here is what the Goldenseal root does: Goldenseal root - has a strong affinity for the mucous membranes and it's strong antibacterial (broad spectrum) and antiinflamatory are outstanding. It stimulates the immune system; increases fluid elimination; a strong 'detoxifier' (helping cells to detoxify themselves, too); by dilating surface blood vessels, it increases circulation (and circulation of the lymphatic system).

Have you tried to order these from the United States?  We recommend Pacific Botanicals and Mountain Rose Herbs I know MR ships internationally and I'm pretty sure PB does too.  It wouldn't hurt to check, but of course that would depend on if you're allowed to import herbs to the country you live in.

I'm not sure I understand this question.  All tinctures should be started on the New Moon and harvested on the Full Moon but you don't HAVE to harvest more than you need at any given time.  The tinctures will last a lifetime as long as they are kept in an airtight container.  The longer you let the herbs sit in the alcohol the stronger your tincture will be.  You need to let them tincture at least 2 weeks unless its an emergency and you absolutely have to have it.
