what is this thing about white? I'm eating white rice, should I not? what I understood is that gluten-free means no wheat, no barley, no spelt, no oats. Yes to rice, corn, quinoa and amaranth. Watch labels, there's always some starch whose nature is to detect. I can give up the white rice most of the time, but not always, for example I think curry honestly sucks with brown rice. The hell, for 25 pounds that quick I could even give up the white rice!
