Re: gluten-free
Well you gave me an idea, I could try to eat some meat for a change. Thanks! that should be good for energy
The every 1-2 h doesn't work for me, I have to wait for my body to be hungry. Having to constantly be digesting something, even if light, feels disturbing. But what happens is that, maybe for some food intolerance, the food tends to sit in my stomach forever. So more often than I would like I eat even when not hungry, just because I get fed up basically. When last week I began this experiment of staying gluten and casein free to check if by chance I'm intolerant, what happened is that I was hungry all the time, a feast! I could eat again and again and it would just go through without sitting there, and yet this morning I had lost 1 kg, and my basal temperature was normal finally.
But a part from that I feel really bad physically, since first day. Nausea, pain in the belly, and the usual exhaustion and mental fog have excalated. Today I had some bladder inflammation too, and tonight I couldn't sleep for the pain. I'm beginning to doubt that I might have taken some viral form, because it seems a bit too big a reaction. It'll come out that the basal temperature was my body's interpretation of a fever!
