My first 2 liver flushes - a positive experience
I am not the typical case type for gallstones--I exercise regularly and I am not overweight, so the doctors were surprised to see many
Gallstones when I went in for an ultrasound exam. I was given the usual western medical advice: surgery will take care of the problem. Rather drastic! I decided to try flushing first.
I did my first flush using the
Hulda Clark procedure--thanks very much to this web site for all of the useful information!!--a few weeks ago. I felt no pain and got about 100 stones out, the largest of which were about 1
cm across. I just completed a second painless flush and I was astounded at how much more effective it was than the first flush. I got over 250 stones with a much higher percentage of large and medium stones than in the first flush. I plan to do another flush in a few weeks! I have also modified my diet so that I hope not to make so many stones in the future.
A word of advice for first-time flushers: Use grapefruit or apple juice for the
Epsom Salt solution and you will have a MUCH more pleasant flushing experience.
How many people go back and have another ultrasound exam after getting most/all of their stones flushed out? What have the doctors said when they compared the two ultrasound results? My GP is under the impression that surgery is the only way to remove stones, and the surgeon I spoke with acknowledged that I might get the stones out via a flush procedure, but that the risk of having a stuck stone was not worth taking. Why isn't it common knowledge in the western medical community that a little
Epsom Salt solution can relieve the symptoms of a gallstone attack?
