fatty liver vs. congested liver

What is the difference between fatty liver and congested liver? And what is the best way to treat? How long should you treat for these conditions before doing a liver flush?
My early Liver Flushes were very productive but later on I started having problems with not being able to hold the oil down and I was passing very small and just a few stones and the pain between my shoulders continued. The Epsom Salts were not having any effect on me either. I have stopped the flushes and been taking alot of bitter herbs primarily to improve my digestive functions as well as herbs for parasites. In fact just this last week I passed what I thought at first to be ropes. Upon examination, I realized that it was parasites kinda stuck together like gummy spaghetti. They were at least 10" long and in a cobwebby, mucousy sheet that had brown little specks in it. I suspect those were eggs. The next day when I started my enema, I was barely able to get any water in. I had to get to the toilet quickly and I passed more strange stuff which I also suspect was parasites. Now while I have been taking these bitter herbs I noticed that I seemed to be losing weight. Well, it was actually from the diuretic effect of the teas. The scales don't read any different but my clothes fit lose. I have been doing this for 2 months now. Is it possible that I have prepared my liver and digestive system enough for another flush?
I think I will try a lighter oil instead of the olive oil?
Any thoughts anyone?
