Always use a good oil -- cold pressed virgin oil. If you can't stand olive, use another good oil. Flax, sesame, whatever. Make sure it is fresh. Rancid oil is not good for you, flushing or eating.
Coconut oil is the exception -- it keeps for a long time because it is saturated fat. Not sure how it would work in a liver flush.
Have you thougt about taking the "strange looking stuff" to your doctor for a diagnosis? My mom-in-law was in the hospital. They suspected a bowel problem. In 2 days, she didn't have a b.m., so they couldn't test it. They sent her home. Great. Take a sample with you so the doc can put it (the sample) in the hospital, not you. If it has parasites, the doc can tell you. You can decide whether to take the meds.
