Thanks for your input. I thought that by doing The Master Cleanse in April 2009 that I was cleaning out my kidneys but you do strike a valid point. I am going to have to look into that because I have been experiencing pain in my side and maybe a kidney cleanse would help. Any suggestions as to a beneficial one?

I will also try the olive oil before bed for now since my diet has been so poor.
