Re: colonoscopy

This is one thing I have never gotten.
My colon was !00% clean before I started this journey! And yes, I know,, I had a colonoscopy, and I was watching, and I was watching all the way upt to the small intestines! It was pink and clear.
So,, I have always felt that these cleanses has to be small intestine cleanses, not colon cleanses at all. I cant say for sure, but something is off.
I would never use anything with phsyllum anymore, It is like glue,, and comes out like it,, yukk..
I love mu Oxypowder, which is oxygen ( magnesium),,, that just desolves and softenes everything. You will clean out for sure, and it doesnt take years.
